1. Resist compression

  Plastic steel formwork uses PVC hard material as basis material, and add polymer materials to increase the strength. Per square metre of the plastic template can support more than 5000 kilograms' weight , which can sustain various kinds of building load, therefore, it can totally be substitute for traditional square timber and wooden board.

2. Hardy and Sun Tolerant

   Plastic template replace wood with plastic, hardy and tolerant, plastic template won't be out of shape while execution of work environment is on the temperature condition of -20°C to 60 °C.

3. Fine Brightness and Smoothness

  With no need for release agent,  automatic separation of template will achieved when concrete sets. The gap between templates is very small, after mould uploading,  modular surface is flat and smooth enough to exceed the technical requirements of as-cast finish concrete template.  The gloss finish has exceeded other template, which can promote construction greatly.

4. Recyclable product

  Plastic steel formwork can be recycled more than 30 times, service life is as long as more than 10 years. Our company can recycle, waste plastic template can exchange 30% new template.
